The partnership between the Salford Red Devils and Kappa, which has existed for three seasons, will end at the end of the current 2021 season.
In line with the Kappa deal, the club’s retail partnership with Wild Thang will also end in 2021.
Salford Red Devils Commercial Director George Harborne said, “We are grateful for the support Kappa and Wild Thang have shown the club since the 2019 season. They have been valuable partners for the club and we wish both of them all the best for their future projects in the rugby league. “
Craig Miller, Head of Kappa UK Rugby & Teamwear, added: “Kappa has been very proud to have worked with the Salford Red Devils over the past three seasons, with some great experiences including a Grand Final and a Challenge Cup Final in a row Seasons.
“I would like to thank all the players, staff and fans for supporting the brand during our partnership and I wish you all the best for the future on and off the pitch.”
John Howarth, Director of Wild Thang, commented, “We loved being part of the recent Salford Red Devils success with an appearance at Old Trafford and Wembley, as well as sponsoring bank wear and halftime entertainment.
“We are proud to have helped the club’s retail business grow and we hope the club moves forward in the field, goes one step further and gives loyal fans a cutlery that deserves their commitment to the club.”
